Paramount Names Kreiz Co-CEO for Warner Merger

Paramount said Sept. 30 it will appoint former Mattel chairman and CEO Ynon Kreiz as co-CEO with David Ellison when its $110 billion Warner Bros. Discovery merger closes. Ellison will oversee strategy, creative direction, technology and capital allocation; Kreiz, starting Oct. 5, will handle daily operations and combining the companies.
