Paramount to Appoint Ynon Kreiz as Co-CEO at Warner Bros. Discovery Close

Paramount announced Sept. 30 it will name former Mattel chairman and CEO Ynon Kreiz as co-CEO alongside David Ellison at closing of its $110 billion Warner Bros. Discovery merger. Ellison will lead strategy, creative direction, technology and capital allocation; Kreiz, starting Oct. 5, will run day-to-day management and integration.
