McClay says NZ kept its climate promise to Europe

Trade Minister Todd McClay says New Zealand did not break its climate promise to Europe. Dutch group Both ENDS told the European Commission on 29 September the trade deal, which cuts taxes on goods traded between countries, was breached. McClay told a Waikato rural debate New Zealand is keeping its promise and will reach net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
