Tesla Says New Roadster Needs Outdoor Unveiling for Flying Test

Tesla says the first showing of its redesigned second Roadster has to be outside. The company is adding SpaceX rocket parts that push out cold air, like letting air out of a balloon, meant to lift the car in some way.
