Madonna Wins Top Prize at 2026 Music Video Awards

Madonna won artist of the year, the top prize, at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday evening in downtown Los Angeles. She began the night with the most nominations, or chances to win. LISA and British newcomer Sienna Spiro, a new singer, also won.
