PM says NHS needs care fix

Prime Minister Andy Burnham told the BBC the NHS 'will collapse' without reform to social care. He said England needs big changes, because help for older and disabled people at home is paid for, unlike hospital and GP care which is free. He proposed care to work like the NHS but gave no date.
