Army Plane Crashes Into Homes in Congo, Killing 14

Fourteen people died when an army plane traveling from Kikwit to Kinshasa fell onto houses in Kenge, Kwango province. Army spokesperson Major-General Efomi Ekenge said all aboard died, along with civilians below. Provincial officials say the plane had a mechanical problem, like a car engine failing. Investigators are looking into why.
