Congolese military plane crash in Kenge kills 14

Fourteen people died when a Congolese army plane flying from Kikwit to Kinshasa crashed into a residential plot in Kenge, Kwango province. Military spokesperson Major-General Efomi Ekenge confirmed all on board died, with civilians also killed. Provincial officials say the aircraft developed a technical fault. An investigation has been opened.
