Palestinian Leader Can't Go to UN Meeting in U.S.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas cannot travel to the September 2026 UN General Assembly in New York after the U.S. refused his visa. The UN will let him speak by video instead. He stays on the speakers list, but video cannot replace in-person talks between leaders.
