Man, 36, Dies in Car Crash After Officers Tried to Pull Him Over

Mario David Coronado Juarez, 36, from San Marcos, Guatemala, died Sept. 20 in Grand Rapids when his car hit a tree at high speed and caught fire. Grand Rapids police say officers from ICE, the agency that enforces immigration laws, had tried to pull him over shortly before the 7:10 a.m. crash at Century Avenue SW and McKendrick Street SW.
