Guatemalan Man, 36, Killed in Grand Rapids Crash After ICE Attempted Stop

Mario David Coronado Juarez, 36, from San Marcos, Guatemala, died Sept. 20 in Grand Rapids after his vehicle struck a tree at high speed and burst into flames. Grand Rapids police say ICE officers had tried to conduct a traffic stop shortly before the 7:10 a.m. crash at Century Avenue SW and McKendrick Street SW.
