Jane Doe recants sexual assault allegations against Jay-Z

Jane Doe has recanted her sexual assault allegations against Jay-Z, saying in an 11-page sworn declaration signed in Alabama that the claims were false and she never met or spoke to Shawn Carter. The declaration was filed in Manhattan federal court in Jay-Z's malicious prosecution case, Rolling Stone reported.
