Judge says CNN, MS NOW, Politico reporters can return for now

U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Kelly ordered the Trump administration to let CNN, MS NOW and Politico back in the White House for 14 days in an order issued Sept. 24, 2026. Kelly said their press badges, like work IDs, were likely taken away without a fair process.
