Judge orders CNN, MS NOW, Politico back for 14 days

U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Kelly ordered the Trump administration to restore White House access for CNN, MS NOW and Politico for 14 days in an order issued Sept. 24, 2026. Kelly said the outlets were likely to show their hard passes for regular entry were revoked without fair legal process.
