Judge: Let CNN, MS NOW, Politico Back In

U.S. Judge Timothy J. Kelly ordered the Trump White House to immediately let CNN, MS NOW and Politico reporters back in. His Sept. 24 short-term order lasts 14 days. Kelly said the outlets will likely win on fair-treatment rules, and said the White House offered no facts to support its safety claim.
