Judge Blocks Ban on CNN, MS NOW, Politico

U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Kelly ordered the Trump administration to immediately restore White House access for CNN, MS NOW and Politico. The Sept. 24 temporary order lasts 14 days. Kelly said they will likely win on due process — fair procedure — with no facts backing the national security claim.
