Judge blocks Trump's ban on CNN, MS NOW and Politico

U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Kelly ordered the Trump administration to immediately restore White House access for CNN, MS NOW and Politico. The Sept. 24 temporary order lasts 14 days. Kelly said the outlets were likely to win on due-process grounds and rejected a national security justification as lacking factual support.
