Switzerland votes UBS needs less rainy-day cash abroad

Switzerland's upper house voted Sept 23 to make UBS hold 90 cents of rainy-day money for every franc of risk abroad, Reuters reports, 10 cents below the government's 100-cent demand. I'm watching if the lighter demand leaves more for dividends and buybacks — payouts to shareholders — but final rules and timing are still unclear.
