Airtel Money Files for London IPO, Billed as Biggest in Five Years

Airtel Mobile Commerce has filed to list Airtel Money in London, described on 23 September 2026 as London's biggest listing in five years. The payments business operates in 13 African countries and is 78% owned by Airtel Africa. It chose London over the US, Middle East and Europe for deeper funds and fintech demand. No new shares will be sold.
