Judge stops US from sending back Venezuelan man who was shot

A federal judge temporarily stopped sending Wilber Rafael Garces Perez, 28, to Venezuela after immigration agents shot him in Texas. Orlando Garcia set an in-person hearing for September 30 after lawyer Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch asked for a legal pause, called a restraining order. His lawyer says he cannot be sent back before then. Homeland Security says it is investigating the shooting.
