First UK Charge Over Rwanda's 1994 Mass Killings

Vincent Brown, 65, a doctor once called Vincent Bajinya, appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court in London on 22 September 2026. Prosecutors claim, but must still prove, he ordered six killings in Kigali in April 1994 during Rwanda's mass killing of a group. He is the first person charged in Britain over it and did not say guilty or not guilty.
