Judge Says SpaceX and Government Can Trade Texas Land for Now

SpaceX and the government can go ahead with a planned trade of land in South Texas for now. Judge Fernando Rodriguez Jr. refused to pause the swap while a lawsuit continues. He said those suing offered no evidence the land would be harmed in look, nature, culture, or history before a final decision.
