Judge declines to block proposed SpaceX federal land exchange in Texas

U.S. District Judge Fernando Rodriguez Jr. declined to block a proposed land exchange between the federal government and SpaceX in southern Texas while a legal challenge continues. He concluded plaintiffs presented no evidence of aesthetic, environmental, cultural or historical degradation during the lawsuit. The ruling allows the swap to advance before final judgment.
