Judge Allows SpaceX Texas Land Swap to Proceed During Legal Challenge

A federal judge will let a planned land trade between the government and SpaceX in South Texas proceed while a court challenge continues. Judge Fernando Rodriguez Jr. said the challengers showed no proof of harm to scenery, environment, culture, or history during the case. The swap can advance before a final ruling.
