Ubisoft Accidentally Sold a Game With Nothing in It

On August 25, 2026, Ubisoft offered the 1999 game Heroes of Might and Magic III on Steam for $10. Buyers received a tiny file with no actual game inside, and it failed to open. Ubisoft said it uploaded the wrong file and fixed it the next day.
