PM blocks change to GST deal that sent billions to WA

The government's own review found a 2018 deal on GST sharing failed every goal and gave $23bn extra to WA, Australia's richest state. Every other state wanted it scrapped. Albanese ruled out any change while he's PM — before the review even finished. Reviewer Angela Jackson called that "disappointing."
