Fire in Swiss Mountain Town Hurts Eight and Leaves Five Missing

A fire tore through a building in Thusis, Switzerland, that held both a restaurant and apartments, injuring eight people and leaving five missing. The stairs inside collapsed, so about 100 firefighters had to reach people by breaking through the roof with a crane. The fire started after midnight; no one yet knows what caused it.
