Second Ukrainian Arrested Over Nord Stream Pipeline Blasts

Croatian police arrested a second Ukrainian, Vladimir Z, in Pula. Germany wants him sent there to face charges. Prosecutors say he was a scuba diver in a group led by Serhii K — charged in July with blowing up the Nord Stream pipelines in 2022. Those pipelines carried gas from Russia to Europe.
