Second Ukrainian Arrested in Nord Stream Sabotage Probe

Croatian police arrested a second Ukrainian, Vladimir Z, in Pula on a German European arrest warrant — a mechanism allowing extradition between EU states. German prosecutors say he was a scuba diver in a group led by Serhii K, charged in July with organizing the 2022 Nord Stream pipeline explosions near Bornholm. He faces extradition to Germany.
