Canada cuts U.S. out of Gordie Howe Bridge opening celebration

Canada cancelled a joint ribbon-cutting for the $4.7-billion Gordie Howe International Bridge, opting for a Canada-only celebration before the Windsor–Detroit crossing opens July 27.
