About 100 Protesters Enter Microsoft Data Center Construction Site in Amsterdam

About 100 people entered the Microsoft data center construction site in Amsterdam on Friday morning. Some scaled a crane to hang a banner with a profane message about AI; others unfurled a "Microsoft powers genocide" banner. Climate collective Geef Tegengas helped organize the protest against three 85-meter data center towers. Microsoft will be the sole tenant.
