France accuses Elon Musk of orchestrating harassment of European leaders

France's Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot accused X owner Elon Musk of orchestrating 'massive online harassment campaigns' against European leaders to influence debates by exploiting the platform's virality. Barrot spoke Oct. 13 at an OECD conference. Musk did not reply to a request for comment. Other governments' reactions will show whether the charge gains traction.
