France Says Elon Musk Led Online Attacks on European Leaders

France's foreign minister, Jean-Noël Barrot, accused X owner Elon Musk of organizing large online bullying campaigns against European leaders to sway public debate by using X to make attacks spread fast. He spoke Oct. 13 at an OECD meeting. Musk did not answer a request for comment. Other governments' responses will show if the claim catches on.
