OpenAI Engineer Arrested on Federal Intercept Charge

OpenAI engineer Abdulrahman Alfozan, 35, was arrested Friday on a federal charge of using or attempting to use a device to intercept oral communications. He remained in custody and appeared in federal court Tuesday.
