Montenegro detains Russian blogger on suspected destabilization plot

Montenegro's Prime Minister Milojko Spajić confirmed the detention of Rybar founder Mikhail Zvinchuk in Risan on Oct. 9. Police suspect him of trying to destabilize the country in an operation targeting Russian influence activities. Phones and passports were seized before transfer to Podgorica for questioning. Moscow says it will seek his release.
