Montenegro Holds Russian Blogger Accused of Stirring Trouble

Montenegro’s prime minister, Milojko Spajić, confirmed police held Mikhail Zvinchuk, starter of Russian site Rybar, in Risan on Oct. 9. Police suspect he tried to stir unrest, like rocking a boat, in a sweep on Russian influence work. They took phones and passports and moved him to Podgorica for questions. Moscow says it will seek his release.
