
Court rules Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor search warrants unlawful
The High Court in London quashed search warrants that led to Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's arrest in February on suspicion of misconduct in public office over alleged sharing of sensitive information with Jeffrey Epstein. Mr Justice Hilliard ruled police used the wrong Police and Criminal Evidence Act provision. Police conceded the error.
