71% of $500 Obamacare rebate checks went to battleground states, Reuters reported

Reuters reported 71% of the Trump administration's $500 Working Families Obamacare Refunds went to people in midterm battleground states. The administration began mailing the checks Sept. 30 to nearly 1 million Affordable Care Act enrollees, Reuters said, weeks before the Nov. 3 midterm elections.
