k10s Loads Kubernetes Data Only on First View

k10s, a terminal-based tool for managing Kubernetes clusters, opens no live updates, called watches, when it starts, according to its repository published Oct. 8, 2026. It starts background trackers, known as informers, for each resource type only when first viewed. Nothing is monitored until the operator opens that section.
