More than 166,000 young voters off roll ahead of 7 November election

More than 166,000 people aged 18 to 24 were not on the electoral roll as of 1 September, according to Electoral Commission data cited by RNZ. That leaves enrolment for the group at 62.16% ahead of New Zealand's 7 November general election. The Electoral Commission has said it wants youth enrolment to be a lot higher.
