
National promises $604m for Pharmac, funded by foreign aid cut
National says it would put a further $604 million into Pharmac's medicines budget if re-elected. The party says it would pay for it largely by cutting foreign aid outside the Pacific by 10 percent, while protecting Pacific aid. The announcement was made in Epsom, Auckland.
