Peters rejects National plan to cut aid outside Pacific to fund Pharmac

Winston Peters has rejected National's promise to cut aid outside the Pacific to pay for a more than $820m boost for Pharmac, which buys medicines. The NZ First leader and Foreign Minister called the plan 'desperate and dangerous'. National leader Christopher Luxon said he did not speak to Peters before announcing it in Auckland with health spokesperson Simeon Brown.
