Menlo Ventures invests in Factory at $5 billion valuation

Menlo Ventures announced on October 5, 2026 it had invested in AI coding startup Factory as part of a round announced at a $5 billion valuation. The investment was led by partner Matt Murphy and disclosed in a blog post. Menlo declined to disclose the check size.
