Latin America Most Exposed to Any U.S. Diesel Ban, Goldman Says

Goldman Sachs said Oct. 2 that Latin America would be most exposed to any U.S. diesel export ban. Mexico is the largest buyer, taking about 220,000 barrels per day in 2025, or 17% of U.S. distillate exports. The warning follows President Trump's threat to restrict exports to ease U.S. prices ahead of November elections.
