Good family sues Noem, Miller, Bovino alleging civil-rights conspiracy in fatal ICE shooting

Rebecca Good and Brent Ganger sued former DHS Secretary Kristi Noem, White House deputy chief Stephen Miller and ex-Border Patrol officer Gregory Bovino over the Jan. 7 killing of 37-year-old Renee Good in Minneapolis during an ICE protest. One of two Oct. 1, 2026 federal lawsuits alleges senior officials conspired to interfere with civil rights.
