Family Sues Noem, Miller, Bovino in Fatal ICE Shooting Case

Rebecca Good and Brent Ganger filed one of two federal lawsuits Oct. 1, 2026, against former DHS Secretary Kristi Noem, White House deputy chief Stephen Miller, and ex-Border Patrol officer Gregory Bovino. They allege the officials conspired — worked together — to violate civil rights, leading to the Jan. 7 killing of 37-year-old Renee Good during a Minneapolis ICE protest.
