Lib Dem MPs criticise Davey over triple-lock defence

Liberal Democrat MPs have criticised Sir Ed Davey over his defence of the pensions triple lock. One MP told the BBC the majority of the parliamentary party would not support opposing prime minister Andy Burnham's proposed changes. Senior frontbenchers privately attacked Sir Ed's response. Tom Gordon, MP for Harrogate and Knaresborough, called his criticism "nonsense".
