Peak XV raises Surge seed ceiling to $5M per company

Peak XV Partners raised its Surge seed ceiling to up to $5 million per company, up from $3 million. Surge 12 is the first cohort under the higher limit. The 18-company cohort was unveiled with details published Sept. 29, 2026.
