Labour rated best on voters' top concerns, but lead over National narrows

Labour was rated most capable of managing voters' top five concerns — cost of living, healthcare, the economy, unemployment and housing — according to the Ipsos Issues Monitor. Its lead over National narrowed, RNZ reported. Government performance was rated 4.1 out of 10, unchanged from July.
