Labour still leads on top voter issues, but National closes gap

Labour is still rated best able to manage voters' top five concerns — cost of living, healthcare, the economy, unemployment and housing — according to the Ipsos Issues Monitor. RNZ reported its lead over National has narrowed. Voters rated Government performance at 4.1 out of 10, unchanged from July.
